Parent - Teacher Conferences

Please see the following message from Mr. Towns:

In the front office you will find; yellow, green, pink, and orange papers for parent teacher conference day. The yellow paper is a form you post outside on your door when you step away from room for any reason. The green form is the parent sign-in-sheet. The orange sheet is a welcome form with parent instructions. Lastly, the pink form is tips for parent-teacher conferences. I made copies for everyone to at least grab one sheet. Fill free to make more copies as needed. 

The start time of the parent teacher conference is 8am and ends at 3pm. Lunch will arrive by 11am. Also, keep in mind if you have a parent in your room at 11am, please finish your conference with that parent before going to lunch. Don't feel rushed for time, there will be enough food provided for teachers. Speaking of food, lunch boxes will be provided of different types of sandwiches, etc. During that time you may eat in the cafe or in a classroom.  At 3pm or when you are finished with your last parent conference, it is imperative that you bring your green form "parent-sign-sheet" to me in room 207. If I am not in my office put it inside my black tray that is hanging on my door before you leave to go home! Those forms have to be turn into the district Tuesday evening.
